The videos are 45 minutes in length, and you can use them anywhere at any time. The Program recommends reviewing three videos per week; Also, you have the option to complete an extra DVD included as a bonus.
It’s highly recommended to fit in the additional video during the week if you can find the time, as the video focuses on increasing your mindfulness, self-confidence, and overall happiness.
Three Phases of The Yoga Burn 12 Week Challenge
Phase 1 – Foundational Flow
During the Foundational Flow phase of the program; You start building a solid yoga foundation from the ground up.
The 1st four weeks of the program have been set up to give you the “foundation” of the Yoga practice and to start shaping your muscles while having fun.
All Yogi’s from beginner to advanced will benefit from Phase 1 of the program and the unique set of sequenced poses.
The Foundational Flow is designed to teach us how to execute the correct yoga form and build a stable mind and body connection so you will have the ability to call on the trained muscles as you move into the more challenging phases.
The foundational flow is the key to progressing effectively and safely through the next two stages.
Phase 2 – Transitional Flow
During the Transitional phase of the program, you will be taught how to combine phase 1 poses into a smooth flow allowing you to get your heart rate up and burn more calories.
At this point you will be more confident in the movements allowing you to mix it up to keep your body and mind working, forcing them to adapt and change positively!
Each of the three videos in this phase focus on the large muscle groups in the upper body, lower body, and core.
You will continue to work on pose transitions while also learning how poses should link together to give you the maximum physical benefit.
Phase 3 – Mastering The Flow
Great! You have made it through the first 2 phases, and it is time to up your game!
Time to utilize the knowledge you have gained within those videos into sequences constructed to transform your body by firing up your metabolism into a fat-burning machine.
Each video will be a tiny bit different than the video before it. As you have become more advanced in your poses, we try to implement more repetition in each pose raising the level of difficulty.
You will start flowing through combinations of upper and lower movements.
Phase three was designed to get the most benefits within the shortest amount of time, the muscles targeted at this point will help form the hourglass shape you have been looking for.
The Phase Three videos were created to mix things up and reenergize and reinvigorate your mental state of mind and focus to fully maximize your weight loss results to reach your goals.
Can I do The Yoga Burn 12 Week Challenge while pregnant?
You are allowed to follow the Yoga Burn program while pregnant. The program provides two bonus videos titled The Beginner and Tranquility Flow.
I would recommend referring to these videos as they are ideal for all stages of your pregnancy.
The Program also provides you with guidance on how to modify the poses to be utilized for each trimester of your pregnancy.
After you have your baby, you will be able to get into the three phases described above to help you recover in the comfort of your own home.
Will the Workouts be Too Difficult For Me?
